GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan and coordinate safe winching operations with other drivers and supervisors Communicate effectively with management, client and crew in planning, coordination and execution of the job Ensure all equipment is inspected, properly configured and secured and meets safety and operational requirements of Mat''s Oilfield Services Complete and submit all required paperwork (i.e. fuel receipts, logbooks, pre/post trip inspections, load tickets); and ensure all paperwork is kept up to date QUALIFICATIONS Possess a Class 1 drivers license; clean abstract with no restrictions (some demerits are workable) Certificates in First Aid, H2S Alive, WHMIS, TDG, Etc. Minimum TWO years of experience Understanding of weight distribution, visualization of center of gravity and load securement are a must All trucks are parked indoors in heated shop(s), all drivers assigned their own truck, full time mechanic on duty.
