Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in an office setting Operate cleaning equipment efficiently to ensure high standards of cleanliness Manage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning schedules within designated timeframes Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing Communicate effectively with team members to address specific cleaning needs or concerns Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment at all times Qualifications Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred; familiarity with facilities maintenance is a plus Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members Physical ability to perform heavy lifting Demonstrated reliability and attention to detail in previous roles Customer service orientation with a professional attitude toward clients and colleagues This position is integral to maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our facility.
