We''re passionate about topics such as sex, relationships, psychedelics, and holistic wellnessand we''re looking for someone who shares our vision to help amplify our voice online. Role Overview: We''re seeking a creative and reliable Social Media Expert to help manage and grow our online presence. We are specifically looking for professionals who are familiar with the latest social media trends and AI tools, and who already help SMBs as part-time social media contractors. This job can also be for you if you are an influencer who excels at managing your own social media accounts and has time to manage ours as well. This role is ideal for someone who''s organized, trend-savvy, and confident in creating meaningful, high-quality content that reflects the depth and aesthetic of our brand. Responsibilities: A) Content Creation Design and create engaging social media posts using our Canva templates and brand guidelines. Work closely with our team to highlight services, events, and team members in a visually cohesive manner. B) Reels & Trend Research Research trending audio, content ideas, and industry-relevant topics aligned with our niche (e.g., mental health, psychedelics, sex therapy). Pitch reel ideas and take initiative in creating 4 high-quality reels per week. Edit videos (mobile or desktop tools welcome) and write compelling captions that align with our tone. C) Content Scheduling & Publishing Manage a consistent posting schedule across Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Ensure all content is posted on time and optimized for each platform. Stay organized and communicate clearly with the team regarding content timelines. Qualifications: Experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses. Experience implementing successful processes to optimize content output Proficiency in using AI tools to increase productivity. Proficiency in Canva, basic video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, etc.), and social media platforms.
