Senior Manager Finance FP&A Employment Type Permanent Location Toronto, Ontario Apply SHARE THIS JOB Job Description: Our client is looking for a highly driven and analytical finance professional with a passion for strategic planning and driving financial performance. They are seeking a Senior Finance Manager FP&A to play a pivotal role in leading the forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning cycles for a large and growing business segment. Duties of the Senior Manager Finance FP&A is as follows but not limited to: Lead the development of the annual operating plan (AOP), including establishing timelines, guiding sites on key assumptions, assisting with target setting, facilitating alignment meetings, and preparing and presenting the AOP deck to the segment leadership team. Drive the development of the segments comprehensive 3-year strategic plan and associated presentation materials. Leads the development of the segments monthly executive review package including co-ordinating with the cross functional team on required materials & the development of several financial pages including commentary and variance analysis. Leads the development of the quarterly board presentation & Investors Relations package. Supports the analysis for key customer negotiations as required. Other duties as assigned to drive cash or profit improvements. TMGNY Job Requirements: Highly organized & operates with a high level of curiosity. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally & in writing, with a wide variety of internal and external customers. Adept at prioritizing and managing multiple complex initiatives under tight deadlines. Demonstrated success in building strong cross-functional partnerships. Strong background in financial planning & analysis. 8+ years of relevant finance experience. Bachelors degree; an Accounting designation is preferred.
