This role supports front-, middle-, and back-office processes, executes daily operational runbooks, and partners with stakeholders to investigate issues, maintain system integrity, and drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Configure and support SimCorp Dimension modules to meet operational and business requirements Execute daily runbooks , batch jobs, and operational procedures to ensure system stability Monitor and manage batch processing using tools such as Active Batch Scheduler or equivalent Support transaction processing, portfolio calculations, and back-office operations Investigate data and system issues, perform root cause analysis , and recommend solutions Collaborate with operations, technology, and business teams to resolve incidents and improve processes Maintain documentation related to configurations, operational procedures, and issue resolution Provide operational insight across front, middle, and back-office investment workflows Support ongoing system enhancements and operational efficiency initiatives Required Skills & Experience Demonstrated experience with SimCorp Dimension configurations , including: Transaction Processing Portfolio Calculation Back Office modules Filter Toolbox Proven experience in Operations Support , including: Daily runbook execution Batch job execution and monitoring Scheduling tools such as Active Batch Scheduler or similar Preferred / Desired Skills Ability to investigate data issues , research problems, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solutions Strong operational knowledge of the investment management industry , including exposure to: Front-office processes Middle-office operations Back-office processing Demonstrated experience in roles requiring strong verbal and written communication skills Work Environment Remote role supporting Canadian operations Collaboration with cross-functional business and technology teams Fast-paced, operations-driven environment with high system reliability expectations Benefits Medical Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Insurance 401(k) / Retirement Savings Plan (where applicable) About GTT GTT is a minority-owned staffing firm and a subsidiary of Chenega Corporation, a Native American-owned company based in Alaska.
