How Youll Make An Impact Report to the Team Lead, Enterprise Applications. Participate in change, supporting a culture of continual improvement. Contribute to feedback loops within the team, department, and organization to improve efficiency and remove nonvalueadding tasks. Develop, test, and maintain a variety of automation scripts for large initiatives under senior guidance. Adhere to documentation on application security operating procedures and protocols, considering security at all stages. Participate in evaluation of new products, tools, and technology that could address known and unknown organizational needs. Explore areas appropriate for further study under senior direction. Execute Proof of Concept projects and tasks. Participate in the testing, documentation, and implementation of software releases. Prepare code for peer review according to AMA standards. Set up automated testing, monitoring, and alerting when applicable. Engage in activities related to the design, development, and maintenance of AMAs Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) applications. Contribute to activities related to the design, development, and maintenance of AMAs enterprise architecture. Administer, monitor, measure, and improve COTS applications across the organization. Identify problem resolutions to address root causes and minimize repeat incidents. What You Bring To The Table You have a related postsecondary education (Information Technology or Computer Science degree is an asset). Youve got 5+ years experience in Application Systems Analysis, Integrations, Implementation, Support, Administration & Development for SaaS and OnPremise COTS solutions. Experience with SQL, Microsoft Azure, Networking, AWS services, Web development, and desktop computing would be considered an asset. Experience with VM / HyperV server environments in AWS and onpremise would be considered an asset. Agile (lean, SCRUM, Kanban) certification would be a bonus. You find both comfort and excitement in discovering and understanding the quickly changing technological landscape. Languages and Technical Skills You have experience with the following languages, on this we must insist: JavaScript HTML CSS SQL (queries, views, stored procedures) ASP.NET C# Familiarity with API web services and development Bonus Points If You Have Experience with Human Capital Management/Finance and Point of Sale applications such as WorkDay. Experience with IT Service Management applications such as ServiceNow. Experience with Content Management applications such as Content Server. Experience with eSignature applications such as DocuSign. Experience with API testing platform such as Postman. PowerShell and batch scripting languages. Experience with SQL Server administration.
