Based in a worldclass Horizon North camp facility, this position follows a 20 days on / 10 days off rotation with 12hour days. Transportation is provided from a designated pickup point. The Lodge Manager is responsible for the daily operation of the lodge, bringing operational, peoplemanagement, and customer service expertise to support a highfunctioning team. This is a safetysensitive role requiring drug, alcohol, and fittowork testing. Your work will include Ensure maximum client and guest satisfaction by delivering highquality hospitality service. Maintain Horizon Norths standards for food quality, consistency, cleanliness, and health and safety programs. Support hiring initiatives and performance management in coordination with HR and the Lodge Manager. Provide revenueforecast and budget analysis. Create staff schedules according to client forecasts and revenue. Ensure profitability through budgetary adherence. Delegate and perform tasks as required to support daily lodge operations. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 5+ years progressive hospitality management experience in hotel or related setting. Postsecondary education in business, hospitality, or related discipline. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and hospitality management software. Proven ability to analyze revenue reports, including forecasting and scheduling. Valid Class 5 drivers licence and clean drivers abstract.
