He loves playing, exploring, books, and calm, attentive interaction. Were looking for a caring, trustworthy sitter whos comfortable with toddlers and can help with supervision, playtime, meals/snacks, and his routine (no heavy chores needed). Experience with young children is a big plus. We mostly need help occasionally during the day or early evenings, depending on schedules, and were flexible.
