What You''ll Do: You will play a pivotal role in Procurement analytics that is key to CTC''s (CTR, FGL, Marks) future success by looking for opportunities to create efficiencies for the Procurement team and Merch. You will help lead the Procurement team into the future, adopting and leveraging new AI technologies. You will work extensively with CTC data, international commodity indices and cross-functional teams to provide reporting/analytical support for merchandise procurement (cost indices/projections, vendor funds analysis/projections, vendor spend analysis) and many other decision support models. These reports and models will enable all CTC merchandise teams to negotiate with vendors effectively through a more thorough understanding of their procurement metrics. Using traditional and new BI tools, you will support vendor negotiations with fact based reporting, analysis and managing decision models. This role will regularly collaborate with Senior Procurement Analysts, Procurement Managers and other cross functional stakeholders across the CTC organization, including the Pacific Rim Office, FGL Sports and Marks to enhance CTC''s merchandise procurement capabilities. What You Bring: To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience in data management, report building, drawing insights & recommendations from analysis & reports and be highly analytical & inquisitive. You will have solid process identification and improvement experience. You are highly organized with the ability to make decisions in an ambiguous environment. Our best Analysts are self-starters who are able to work with minimum supervision. You bring strong organizational and time management skills.
