Overview The Oracle Security and Controls practice is responsible for implementing Oracle ERP & HCM Cloud security and the Oracle Controls products to our customers. Our growing customer base and product portfolio offer exciting opportunities for broad and rapid skill development. We are looking for consultants who have in-depth functional Oracle ERP Cloud Security experience. Knowledge of Advanced Controls will be a plus. Responsibilities Successfully implement HCM Security and Advanced Controls. Identify product gaps and work with product development to address them. Help with internal initiatives to create accelerators and a content library. Come up with innovative solutions to handle client requirements; ensure successful completion of the product within budget and on schedule. Critically evaluate information gathered from various sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and distinguish user requests from underlying needs. Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver artifacts as needed (e.g., Requirements Document, design document, test scripts). Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously. Be proactively engaged with internal initiatives to create best-practice libraries and repeatable solutions to scale implementations. Qualifications 8+ years of experience working with Oracle HCM and recent experience in HCM Cloud Security. Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate professionally with a diverse group including executives, managers, and domain experts. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only. CA: Hiring Range in CAD from $78,500 - $128,500 per year. US: Hiring Range in USD from $71,200 - $158,200 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
