What You''''ll Do Manage a varied caseload of insurance defence matters with mentorship and guidance from senior lawyers. Draft pleadings, motions, and legal opinions with precision and creativity. Conduct discoveries, mediations, and attend court appearances as required. Work closely with clients to provide strategic legal advice and practical solutions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional results and maintain the firm''''s high standard of client service. What You Bring 1-5 years of post-call experience in litigation, ideally with exposure to insurance defence. Strong analytical, drafting, and advocacy skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
