The Opportunity As Product Manager, you will define and execute the vision for one of our core product offerings. You will drive development, optimize product economics, and partner crossfunctionally to ensure delivery and innovation. You will lead two selfmanaged Product Owners and shape the products future. Key Responsibilities Define the product vision and roadmap in alignment with business goals. Translate strategy into actionable development tasks. Own endtoend product development, from architecture through launch. Lead the Product Owner and analysts; oversee sprint execution and backlog prioritization. Manage product P&L, focusing on unit economics and efficiency. Maintain quality and delivery standards for internal technical teams. Track and act on key KPIs to measure feature impact. Lead R&D initiatives, including A/B testing, with ML and Data Science teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user and client needs. Identify process improvements and stay competitive through market analysis. Recruit, onboard, and mentor direct reports. Model and promote organizational leadership and culture. Requirements 5+ years of wellrounded travel industry experience (NDC, GDS, OTA) focused on flights. Strategic thinker with strong decisionmaking skills. Experience in datadriven decision making, statistics, and market research. Resultoriented delivery under fastpaced, highpressure environments. Influential, proactive leader with solid business acumen. Expertise in APIs and technical product development.
