Job Description The Global Risk Analytics (GRA) team serves as the center of expertise for developing models and analytics in market risk and counterparty credit risk. The Data Analytics and Machine Learning team within GRA is seeking an Associate Director to develop machine learning models and AI applications in the risk management domain. What will you do? Develop and maintain machine learning models for market data anomaly detection. Develop and maintain machine learning models used for natural language text classification tasks. Draft and maintain comprehensive model documentation throughout model life cycle. Explore and implement GenAI applications in the risk management domain. Develop tools and applications to enhance team productivity. What do you need to succeed? Musthave Strong programming experience in Python. Domain expertise in machine learning, data analytics, and data visualization. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Collaborative mindset. 13 years of work experience. Nicetohave Domain expertise in market risk and counterparty credit risk. Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP). Experience working with foundational large language models (LLMs).
