Our client in the manufacturing space is seeking a contract based SAP S/4HANA End-User Computing (EUC) / Desktop Deployment Consultant . The focus is on packaging, deploying, and supporting the SAP Desktop Client and related desktop components using Microsoft Intune. This role ensures a smooth end-user rollout through prerequisite configuration, controlled deployment, and post-deployment hypercare support. Responsibilities Package and configure the SAP Desktop Client (SAP GUI for S/4HANA) , including all technical prerequisites and dependencies Create, test, and deploy SAP Desktop Client packages using Microsoft Intune (Win32 apps, detection rules, updates) Coordinate with SAP functional, Basis, and infrastructure teams to validate desktop client configurations Execute end-user deployment validation across Windows desktops and laptops Provide post-deployment hypercare support , troubleshooting installation, configuration, and access issues Deliver hands-on desktop/laptop support when required, including occasional on-site or hybrid user support Document deployment procedures, known issues, and support runbooks for IT handover Requirements Proven experience packaging and deploying SAP Desktop Client / SAP GUI for S/4HANA in enterprise environments Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune for Windows application packaging and deployment Experience supporting large-scale ERP rollouts with structured hypercare phases Strong troubleshooting, communication, and end-user support skills Ability to work independently and collaborate across SAP, EUC, and infrastructure teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
