Senior Product Manager, Performance As a Senior Product Manager at Branch, you will play a critical role in shaping and scaling performance-driven products that help customers measure, optimize, and grow their businesses. This role requires a strategic, outcome-oriented product manager with deep curiosity for ad tech, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and a bias toward customer and business impact. The ideal candidate has experience operating in complex, data-rich environments and translating ambiguous performance challenges into clear, high-impact product direction. As a Senior Product Manager, youll get to: Own and drive performance-focused product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration Partner closely with Engineering, Data, Design, and Go-to-market teams to align priorities and execute effectively Define product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics tied to customer outcomes and business goals Translate customer performance needs (measurement, attribution, optimization, scale) into clear product requirements Prioritize initiatives by balancing customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility Use quantitative data and qualitative insights to inform decisions and continuously improve product outcomes Support go-to-market efforts by enabling sales conversations and ensuring strong product narratives Communicate progress, tradeoffs, and results clearly to stakeholders and leadership Youll be a good fit if you have: 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in ad tech, martech, or performance-driven platforms Experience building products that support measurement, attribution, analytics, or optimization at scale Strong ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with competing priorities A data-informed mindset with the ability to tie product decisions to customer and business outcomes Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate tradeoffs and product direction This role does not qualify for relocation or visa sponsorship. This role is 100% remote in Canada. This role is not eligible for remote work in any other location. In accordance with applicable law, the following represents a reasonable estimated compensation range for this role: the estimated pay range for this role, if based in Canada is 127,000 - 165,000 CAD. Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Canada only. Compensation for candidates outside of Canada will be based on the candidates specific work location.
