Job Description

Position Summary Director, Salesforce & MuleSoft Platforms a senior technology and people leader responsible for enabling Sentrex Health Solutions Patient Support Programs (PSPs) through scalable, secure, patientcentric platforms. The role owns the enterprise Salesforce and MuleSoft ecosystem that supports the endtoend patient journey from enrollment and access support to therapy initiation and ongoing adherence. Responsibilities Platform Strategy & Delivery define and execute a platform strategy that supports corporate strategy with patient care at the core; translate PSP growth goals into technology roadmaps; oversee full application lifecycle, from roadmap to continuous improvement. Architecture & Integration provide architectural leadership across Salesforce and MuleSoft, ensuring solutions are secure, resilient, and designed for multiprogram growth; lead integration strategy connecting Salesforce with broader Sentrex technology ecosystem. People Leadership build, lead, and inspire a highperforming team of Salesforce Developers, MuleSoft Developers, Salesforce Administrators; coach and develop leaders and senior contributors; manage external partners and vendors to deliver against technology strategy. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Masters preferred). 8+ years of technology delivery, project management, or related role with at least 3 years in a leadership position. Proven experience managing teams of business analysts, project managers, and scrum masters. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, specifically Scaled Agile. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills; ability to think strategically while being detail oriented.
