The overarching purpose of this role is the efficient and effective running of the business, working closely with the Board and Senior Teams. Key to this role is promoting the brand and reputation toward being the best in the market by enhancing client services levels and productivity to be best in class. The Operations Manager also has overall responsibility for the performance of the Company and must ensure compliance with the Companies Act 2006. Under the guidance of the Board, the Head of Operations will work to drive strategies that will result in the company continuing to be a high growth, profitable and cashgenerative company leading the way in its chosen markets.
