Were searching for a meticulous Payroll Specialist (Bilingual) to ensure precise and timely payroll processing while navigating Canadian regulations and supporting our dynamic total rewards functions. Key Responsibilities Execute biweekly payroll with pinpoint accuracy, manage payroll data, conduct thorough audits, and ensure compliance with Collective Bargaining Agreements. Maintain and assist in updates to the payroll system to enhance efficiency. Provide total rewards supportpartner with Compensation and Benefits Specialist to administer benefits and retirement schemes. Deliver exceptional service to managers and employees, resolving payroll inquiries and collaborating with HR. What You Bring to the Table A university degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of payroll processing experience with a strong emphasis on Canadian payroll. Indepth knowledge of payroll regulations across Canada and proficiency in payroll systems. Bilingual in English and French (required).
