Your Role As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer specializing in Rock Mechanics, you will lead complex projects, mentor junior staff, and serve as a technical reference. You will contribute to strategic proposals and help expand our infrastructure geotechnics capabilities. About You Degree in Civil Engineering or Geology; postgraduate qualification in Geotechnical Engineering preferred. Minimum 15 years of relevant experience (or equivalent expertise). Professional Engineering License (P.Eng) in Ontario or eligibility to obtain. Proven experience in rock mechanics design and rock mass characterization. A focused expertise on rock mechanics and rock engineering projects dealing with rock face stability, tunneling and underground excavations in rock, foundations, and rockfall hazards. Expertise in sectors such as highways, rail, municipal, industrial, commercial, or residential geotechnics. Strong project management and client relationship skills. Valid driver's license.
