Join to apply for the (CAN) District Relief Pharmacist role at Walmart Canada.Position Summary: The Relief Pharmacist assists the Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacist in all aspects of Pharmacy Operations.What You'll Do:Ensure excellent patient experience and locate merchandise on the sales floor.Establish and develop relationships with Professional Services District Managers and other stakeholders.Accept prescriptions and refill requests from Customers, Doctors, or Hospitals.Ensure prescriptions are filled accurately, efficiently, and safely; counsel patients on pharmaceutical products.Ensure proper storage of pharmaceutical products.Follow OBWs/SOPs and operate pharmacy equipment.Protect patient privacy and follow provincial regulations.Provide eligible services like medication reviews and injections.Travel to various locations as per schedule set by the Relief program coordinator.Develop collaborative relationships with healthcare providers within the store.Minimum Qualifications:Age 16 or olderPharmacist License (secondary permit in Alberta: CA_APA - Additional Prescribing Authorization)Preferred Qualifications: Walmart will accommodate disability-related needs as required by law.Location: 6990 Mumford Rd, Halifax, NS B3L 4W4, CanadaApplication Instructions: Please login to your Workday account and use the Find Jobs report to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
