While working with many major vendors, we deploy the latest technologies to our clients as well as our associates. You Need In Order To Be SuccessfulMinimum 5 years relevant work experienceAbility to work large or medium size projects, develop documentation, and testing processes, a must.Ability to understand and support security (Firewall, VPN, IPS, Proxy) application in a networking environment.Level 3 support for complex enterprise break/fix.Ability to install, administer and troubleshoot layer 2 and 3 switching (Cisco Catalyst, Nexus) and Routing MPLS wide area technologies.Understanding and troubleshooting VPNs, Firewalls (Cisco ASA/Firepower, Checkpoint).Experience with FTD and FMC is a plus.Experience with corporate Meraki Wireless networks a plus.Practical experience with intelligent routing protocols BGP, IGP, OSPFPractical understanding of VOIP/SIP.Mentor engineers in technology and processes.Able to attend meetings with management and clients and contribute suggestions, develop enterprise infrastructure designs, and answers in a professional manner.Ability to drive and work as part of a team on larger projects.Exceppent communication skills.Required Education and QualificationsFouryear degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.CCNP with equivalent experience, with proven specialization in either voice or security or equivalent experience.Preferred QualificationsCCDA or CCDPCheck Point FirewallF5Cabling standards for SMF, MMF, CopperThe Day to DayWork on assigned tickets based on a ticket queue and priorityWork on largescale IT projects in multilanguage and multicultural environments across multiple time zones across the worldSubmit change requests to complete project or ticketrelated work afterhoursProvide network design solutions for new deployments together with documentation according to organizational standardsProvide detailed documentation for client and facilities in the form of Wiki articles and MS Visio diagrams in order to facilitate the support of our clientsRemediate security vulnerabilities on firewalls, switches and routersImplement and optimize firewall rules based on organizational standardsAssist with creation of yearly budget for equipment refreshDeploy new equipment at call centre facilities and data centresAnalyze and provide solutions for client connectivity according to organizational standardsTroubleshoot clientimpacting incidents and find resolution to complex networkrelated issues while complying with security standards and Minimum Time To Resolve metricsContinuous training and development is encouraged in the form of online training and certificationsOther RequirementsUp to 30% domestic travelAbility to work different shifts and extended hours.Ability to lift 40lbs overhead.Have a valid drivers license.Advantages Of Working With UsRemote WorkEnjoy the convenience of working from home, eliminating commuting stress and respecting the environment.Comprehensive BenefitsOur package includes medical, dental, life, and vision insurance, a companymatched RRSP, paid time off, free roadside assistance membership, an employee assistance program, and a wellness program.CompensationSalary range starts from $65,000 (Canadian Dollars)EEOFoundever is committed to Global Ethics and is an equal opportunity employer.
