**Job Description**In this valuable role, the Clinical Supervisor is accountable for the supervision of Health Care Aides and Nurses who are caring and making a difference for clients within the community. The Clinical Supervisor will have the expertise to assess, implement and evaluate a wide range of clinical care interventions to ensure the delivery of safe, quality, and ethical care. Work collaboratively with nursing team members to support clinical documentation and submission requirements according to specific funder reporting guidelines.Engage staff in problem solving, offering education, coaching, and mentoring in resolution of problems.Maintain the knowledge, skills, and attitudes to provide safe, efficient, effective service in all areas of practice by keeping abreast of changes in practice setting that affect scope of practice.Minimum of 5 years experience as a practicing LPN.Comprehensive patient health assessment skills are requiredProven experience leading and managing a team Knowledge of clinical documentation standards and practice guidelines is requiredExcellent organizational, interpersonal, and teaching skills Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skillsOpportunity to practice and develop complex clinical skills Best in class training and development programs, including a comprehensive clinical orientation and hands-on skills labs Mileage compensationEducation allowance for employees and family #J-18808-Ljbffr
