This job is a fulltime, regular position beginning January2026. Role & Responsibilities Oversee and manage all dishwashing needs including sorting, prewashing, providing presoak solution and bins, loading and unloading dishwasher, and proper storage of flatware, glassware, plateware, kitchen utensils and cooking ware. Clean kitchen equipment such as sinks, stoves and fridges. Ensure the floor is clean and dry at all times. Remove garbage and recycling to appropriate bins when needed. Unload food and other items and carry to proper storage areas as assigned. Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment or utensils in a clean and orderly condition. During nondishwashing duty periods, may be assigned to support the linecook team in any food prep or line production required. Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills & Qualifications Positive attitude and good communication skills. Previous kitchen experience is an asset. Mature, energetic, dependable and selfmotivated. High attention to detail; passionate about cleanliness and organization. Handles stress in a professional manner. Enjoys working with a team in a busy, fastpaced environment. Strong sense of teamwork and a positive demeanor. Commitment to follow all safety standards, practices and requirements. Able to react quickly and efficiently, with flexibility. Comfortable lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying objects weighing up to 50pounds. Comfortable working on feet for extended periods of time in both indoor and outdoor environments; prepared for all weather conditions (snow, rain, wind, hail).
