Logistics Supervisor AGAT LaboratoriesAGAT Laboratories is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee the logistics chain within Laboratory Operations. The Supervisor will manage the day-to-day operations of the department, including shipping and receiving client samples and logging samples into LIMS upon receipt. This role reports to the Client Services Manager and includes department administration for logistics activities. Training can be provided to the appropriate candidate.What You Will Be DoingSupervise and mentor logistics team and driversEnsure all samples are entered in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) accurately and promptlyDocument and report any sample integrity issuesInform the CPM team, sales team, and lab managers about rush and time-sensitive samples and incoming expected samplesEnsure proper and accurate completion of all outgoing bottle ordersMaintain availability of sample supply stockCoordinate sample pick-ups and supply deliveries to meet client expectationsIdentify enhancement opportunities and suggest solutions for improvement to managementEnsure compliance with safety protocols and PPE policyOther duties as assignedWhat You Bring To The Table2+ years of Laboratory Logistics experienceProactive mindset with ability to plan and develop strategies for improved efficiencySupervisory experience is an assetAbility to prioritizeIntermediate computer skillsProblem-solving skillsUniversity science degree is preferredWhy Join Us?At AGAT Laboratories, we offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional development.
