About the Program As a Global Investment Banking Summer Analyst, youll join the Natural Resources Group where your diverse perspective will help drive innovation for our clients. Job Responsibilities Analyze market data, build detailed financial models, and prepare client presentations for mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and capital markets advisory Participate in client transactionsincluding mergers and acquisitions and capital markets dealsfrom initial pitch through to closing, working closely with senior leaders Develop innovative solutions to address complex, real-world business challenges Learn how we support the growth of our clients and communities Strengthen your technical skills in corporate finance Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills Fluency in English Fluency meansthe ability to easily read, write, speak, and comprehend spoken English Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028 from a bachelors or masters program Masters candidates must complete their degree within two years of receiving a bachelors degree Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.6 on a 4.0 scale Authorization to work in Canada Preferred Qualification, Capabilities and Skills Demonstrated energy and commitment to building a career in investment banking Strong analytical, accounting, finance, quantitative, and financial modeling skills Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with senior professionals, clients, and key stakeholders Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team Adaptability, flexibility, and resilience in fast-paced environments We fill our classes on a rolling basis and strongly encourage you to apply as early as possible before job postings close.
