Support Canada Region Business Development. Manage and ensure maintenance is up to date on all ReNu Canada assets and equipment. Manage and train Foreman and FAS on site. Communicate with refinery operations, engineering and maintenance contacts throughout campaigns. Manage staffing requirements of FAS team. Manage logistics of equipment needed on sites for successful campaigns. Collect required data and relay to reporting team daily. Provide site notes to ReNu manager and refinery POCs daily. Observe teams on site to control quality of service, safety and company standards/policies are being followed at all times. Provide real-time training to all staff throughout campaigns. Assist Foreman and FAS Crews through challenges while on campaigns. Perform campaign onboarding meetings with Foreman, Lead FAS and FAS employees. Perform site walks to assess equipment health and performance with both current and prospective customers. Provide direct feedback to Project Foreman and conduct reviews scheduled by ReNu management. Supervisory Responsibilities Management of Project Foreman, Foam Application Specialists (FAS) and FAS LeadsTelephone notedo Minimum Qualifications constamment 2-3 years of refinery experience Some management and/or leadership experience Or 1-2 years of RTI field support roles. Additional or Preferred Qualifications Working Conditions / Physical Demands Work will be executed in the field for campaigns and site-walks. On Occasion, there may be requirements for office and work from home assignments. Standard campaign shifts are 1214-hour workdays, 7 days a week until the campaign is complete, and all demobilization and logistics are complete. On campaigns you will be required to carry equipment (up to 50 pounds), climb stairs and ladders, and work in inclement weather. PPE is required at all times while on the job site. This includes FR clothing, hard hat, hearing protection, work boots and safety glasses. ReNu Technologies office/administrative work can be done at a home office where ReNu will provide the needed office items to perform such work. Travel Requirements This position may require 150+ overnights per year. Most travel will be to support project campaigns in the field and planning events.
