AHS is seeking an NP to join the dynamic Hematology and BMT team at the stateoftheart Arthur Child Cancer Centre. The incumbent will be an integral member of our healthcare team working within a multidisciplinary and fastpaced environment with a passion for patient and family centred cancer care. The principle focus of this position will be clinical practice as you contribute to a cohesive, consistent collaboration with the oncologist and nursing teams. In addition, you will provide nursing education, leadership, and be a critical contributor to ongoing quality improvement. You will demonstrate proven skills in organisation, critical thinking, conflict resolution, advanced problem solving, interdisciplinary leadership and change management. Importantly, the successful NP will bring a core passion for caring for patients and their families.
