Responsibilities Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines and resource requitement. Manage all aspects of elevator modernization projects, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management. Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and expectations and develop project plans that align with their goals. Work closely with internal teams, such as engineers, supervisors, and technicians, to ensure that project requirements are met and that project deliverables are completed on time and to the required quality standards. Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that project deliverables are completed within budget and to the required quality standards. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate project risks and ensure that projects are completed within the agreed timeline and budget. Ensure that projects comply with relevant safety and quality standards. Manage project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, change orders, and other relevant documents. Ensure that projects comply with relevant safety, elevator code and quality standards. Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements where necessary. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing construction projects. Excellent project management skills, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop solutions quickly. Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of relevant safety and quality standards in the elevator industry.
