This individual will oversee local clinic operations, ensure clinical and service excellence, provide nurse education and training, and support fiscally responsible operations. They will lead and coach a team of nurses and support the administrative and scheduling teams. The Regional Manager will play a critical role in ensuring clinical excellence, patient safety and satisfaction, supporting new program launches, optimizing resource utilization, and executing strategies to improve patient care, staff performance, and patient satisfaction. This role is ideal for a dynamic, strategic, and people-focused leader with strong clinical insight. A Day in the Life (What you will do here) Strategic & Operational LeadershipOversee regional performance of PerCuro clinics and ensure alignment with corporate and client strategic objectives. Work with Sr Leader to monitor and manage P&L performance across assigned clinics to ensure profitability and growth targets are met. Support regional strategies that enhance clinical, operational, and financial performance. Develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Monitor and manage chair utilization and operational capacity for each clinic to ensure efficiency and maximize resource use. Analyze and manage supply usage across clinics to reduce waste and optimize cost-effectiveness. Provide in-person support in establishing new clinics, including equipment ordering and on-site setup. Team Leadership & Talent DevelopmentDirectly manage a regional team of nurses. Support and develop nurse education, training & clinic materials, including supporting translation. Recruit, mentor, and develop leadership and clinical talent through coaching, performance planning, and career development strategies. Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and patient-centered care. Conduct regular team performance reviews and implement individualized development plans. Program & Client ManagementEnsure programs meet patient enrollment, service delivery, revenue, and other key metrics. Serve as the direct support for nurses, patient issues, and service-related risks. Administer infusions and injections, providing local shift coverage and enhanced clinical support, as needed. Quality, Compliance & ReportingEnsure quality assurance and compliance with regulatory and internal standards across all regional clinics. Oversee adherence to program materials, SOPs, guidance documents, and RACI charts. Drive adherence to the Quality Management System including CAPAs, deviations, and client updates. Additional duties assigned by Manager. What you need to ensure you are set up for success Bachelors degree in nursing or equivalent; must be a Registered Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses. 3-5 years of leadership experience in healthcare or patient support programs Proven experience managing nursing staff. Strong knowledge of infusion services, specialty medications, and patient support program operations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; able to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Ability to lead through change and manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The final base salary will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, and internal equity.
