This involves planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating the operation, and managing staff.Just like you, were passionate about everything we do, and well make sure you have the right growth opportunities to reach the peak of your career.Salary Range$55,000 - $60,000 + Benefits and Pension optionsJob ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage aspects of the operations and provide hands on culinary supportProvide support to management and assist with human resources processes as requiredEnsure quality, courteous service is provided to all customersEnsure that food and service meet quality control standardsResponsible for inventory controls, food, labor, direct costs, and monitoring revenuesAssist in staff training, onboarding and schedulingOversee the requisition and purchase of all food productsMenu development and planningPreparation of budgets and maintaining food costs and other recordsMonitor compliance and ensure proper documentation of Food Safety, Food Production, and Health & Safety standards in accordance with company, provincial, and federal regulationsMaintain tracking system (PRIMA) for all Food Safety and Food Production documentation in accordance with company, provincial, and federal regulationsSupervise and coordinate special functions for internal and external clients and groupsQualificationsPost-secondary culinary diploma or degree is required.
