Responsibilities Respond to buyer enquiries and manage buyer activity Organise and attend OFIs, private inspections, and final inspections Assist with negotiations and communication between buyers and vendors Coordinate photography, staging, marketing materials, and property presentation Liaise with trades, suppliers, solicitors, and valuers Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation Support the endtoend listing and marketing process Ensure smooth communication and updates for vendors throughout the campaign Why Join MICM?
