Financial Analyst - 18 Months Employment Type Contract Location MISSISSAUGA, Ontario Apply SHARE THIS JOB Job Description: Duties of the Financial Analyst is as follows but not limited to: Deliver financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support business strategy and performance Analyze sales, margins, inventory, and operating expenses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Prepare financial models, management reports, and executive-ready presentations Partner with business leaders to support pricing, promotions, and profitability initiatives Present insights clearly and confidently to internal and external stakeholders Support month-end and quarter-end financial processes Drive continuous improvement in reporting, tools, and processes TMGCT Job Requirements: Actively enrolled in a CPA program (or completed CPA coursework) 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience Background in Retail or CPG strongly preferred, open to candidates from large, complex organizations Excellent communication skills with proven client-facing experience Highly professional, sharp, and presentable demeanor Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems and BI tools is a plus Additional Information: The Mason Group is committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and accessible recruitment process.
