Youll drive portfolio growth, ensure effective risk management and champion an integrated approach to delivering financing, advice and support to agricultural producers and farm operations. Your work will strengthen FCCs presence in the region and contribute to long-term customer and organizational success.Youll be part of the senior leadership team that shapes strategy, aligning execution with corporate priorities, customer needs and evolving market conditions. Youll work closely with executive leadership, risk management, finance, operations and product teams to enable consistent execution, modernize lending approaches, and meet strategic growth and risk objectives.
