Its a new kind of care experiencean adaptive, longitudinal companion that helps patients stay engaged, connected, and on track. For practitioners, its a powerful way to extend care between visits, reinforce clinical guidance, and surface meaningful trends that improve outcomes over time.This is not a feature teamits a transformation team. And as a Product Manager on Care Mode, youll play a pivotal role in bringing it to life.Youll own the end-to-end delivery of key patient-facing initiativeshelping patients follow through on care plans and helping practitioners trust what we ship. Youll work closely with Design and Engineering, while also aligning across Clinical, Data, Marketing, and Practitioner teams to coordinate delivery and maintain coherence across surfaces.This role is for a high-agency, delivery-driven PM who thrives in ambiguity, creates clarity, and moves work forward with momentum. Youll help ensure what we ship is clinically sound, patient-centered, and scalable for the future.What Youll DoLead initiatives from discovery through launch, including problem framing, scope definition, PRDs, execution, and iteration.Drive focused, fast-paced delivery cadences with Design and Engineeringgrooming, sequencing, and making tradeoffs with clarity.Translate big-picture strategy into practical, measurable product work that reinforces clinical credibility and drives patient follow-through.Ship early-stage Care Mode features like check-ins, nudges, plan reinforcement, and lightweight guidance frameworks.Support behavior change by designing experiences that reduce cognitive load, clarify next steps, and adapt to patient context.Define success metrics up front, and validate them post-launch using tools like Mixpanel and Looker.Partner with Analytics to build dashboards and run fast, lightweight learning loops that guide future iterations.Collaborate with Clinical, Product, and Practitioner teams to ensure new experiences are trusted, safe, and aligned across surfaces.Work with Marketing and Customer Success to support positioning, launch planning, and practitioner education.What You Bring36 years of Product Management experience, with full ownership of feature delivery.Strong communication and writing skillsclear PRDs, good decisions, clean execution.Experience shipping mobile-first product experiences (native or responsive web).Comfort with product analytics and defining instrumentation.Familiarity with experimentation practices and launch safety (e.g., phased rollouts, kill switches).Bonus if you haveBackground in healthcare or high-trust environments.Exposure to behavior change or habit-formation design patterns.Experience building digital coaching and engagement systems.What we can offer youGenerous PTO and competitive payFullscripts RRSP match program for financial healthFlexible benefits package and workplace wellness programTraining budget and company-wide learning initiativesDiscount on Fullscript catalog of productsWhy Join Us?Were building something bigand different. Fullscript shares salary ranges to support transparency and help candidates make informed decisions. The range shown reflects base salary only and does not include stock options, wellness stipends, or other benefits that are part of Fullscripts total rewards package.Final compensation depends on experience, skills, and location. We review pay regularly to stay aligned with market data and internal equity.
