How You Will Make An Impact Youll be responsible for conducting daily attendance checks and managing the campers relevant attendance and health information. Assist our instructors with the preparation of materials for the days activities, ensuring everything is ready for a smooth and engaging learning experience. Help with cleanup activities to maintain our campers neat and organized environment. During breaks and lunch, oversee the children, ensuring their safety and facilitating their social interactions. Assist the instructor in leading groups through the museum and on field trips, making each journey an educational adventure. Actively facilitate various childrens activities, helping make each camp day fun and educational. Always exhibit positive behaviour, setting a good example for the campers to follow. Always interact in a friendly and courteous manner with both caregivers and children, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment. What You Bring You should have at least one year of experience working with children in a learning environment like a school or camp. You must be great at working as part of a team. You must be at least 16 when you start working with us. If youve studied something related to museums, like Art, Archaeology, Life Sciences, Earth Science, or History, thats a big plus. If you have coaching or lifeguard certification, thats a bonus. Being certified in First Aid or CPR is an advantage.
