Also this role is responsible for knowing how to prep allbeverages, stocking merchandise for the next business day, and operating allmachines that the store uses. Our Team Leader is the face of Paris Baguette;they provide friendly, fast, accommodating service to our customers. Ourcustomers can range from grabbing a pastry and coffee in the morning toenjoying a hot sandwich inside our caf style bakeries. We take pride in ourwork and in our products. This includes the responsibility of keeping allspaces inside Paris Baguette clean to working our POS system to enter incustomer orders.KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIESProviding excellent customer service to all customersthat come into the establishment or call for orders following ParisBaguettes high standard of excellenceCheck quality of all the products for displays andorganize rotation of displays for all pastries and dessertsDelegating the duties between crew members on the floorand assigning the duties to be carried outChecking on the crew to make sure said duties arecompletedEnter in the customers order in the POS and know howto use the POS system in placeWork and thrive in a team-work environmentAdhere to food safety guidelinesMake beverages on the basis and demand during operatingbusiness hours and prepare coffeeAlways keep all areas of the store clean whileoperating during business hoursRefill and organize all pasties and beverages ondisplayHelp unload deliveries (up to twice a week)Handle catering ordersFor Opening Shifts: Cleaning all tabletops, turning onall lights, TVs, radios and drink displaysFor Closing Shifts: Cleaning all tabletops, preparingthe drinks for next business day, sanitization processes, turning off allmachines, powering off all computers and turning off all lights, TVs andradiosWHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE1-2 years of food handling/store experience inside aParis Baguette retail storeHigh School Diploma/GED or some college, preferredCurrent ServSafe certification, ServSafe instructorcertificate or ability to become certified, preferredPositive and passionateattitudeHigh sense of integrity andownershipFeedback is a gift!
