As a Food & Beverage Captain on the floor, you play a key leadership role, supporting daily operations, guiding the service team, and ensuring each guest enjoys an exceptional resort experience. Position DetailsThis is a full-time, permanent position, beginning March 2026. Starting rate of pay: $19.75 per hour. We recognize tenure through our compensation hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $26.20.
