To learn more, visit clutch.ca.About the roleParts Associate will support parts and materials flow in our Mississaugareconditioning facility. Youll be responsible for managing inventory, organizing parts, and ensuring production has what it needs when it needs it.What youll doQuote, order, receive, organize, and store incoming parts and materials in designated storage areasTrack inventory levels and perform regular stock checks to ensure parts are available when needed (measured by inventory accuracy and stock availability)Deliver parts and materials to production areas or other locations as requiredMaintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing parts using inventory management systemsVerify part numbers, quantities, and quality against purchase orders or production needsFollow all workplace safety procedures, including safe lifting techniquesEnsure proper storage of materials, including hazardous items, according to safety guidelinesWork with production teams, warehouse staff, and supervisors to address parts shortages or urgent requestsReport inventory discrepancies, damaged parts, incorrect parts, or other supply issues promptlyAssist with organizing and keeping storage areas clean and efficientWhat were looking forHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum of a G2 Drivers License (valid in Ontario)Clean drivers abstract with no major infractionsClean criminal background checkLegally authorized to work in CanadaMust be able to commute to Mississauga, OntarioAvailability: Minimum 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with overtime as neededOther items to noteStrong organizational skills and clear communicationTeamwork and problem resolution/analysisAbility to work in a production environmentPhysical and mental effort required for parts handlingItd be great if you havePrevious experience in parts, inventory, or material handlingFamiliarity with inventory tracking systemsWhy youll love it at ClutchAutonomy & ownership opportunity to build your process and influence the company workforce at every levelHelp shape the future of car buying and selling in Canada by supporting quality operationsBroad and direct ownership over parts coordination during a phase of rapid growthTop-of-market compensation and above-market health & dental benefitsEmployment DetailsWage: $18.00 per hourBenefits: Comprehensive healthcare, dental care, vision care, prescriptions, life insurance, and dependent coverage; start from day 1Pay decisions: reflect objective criteria: skills, performance, market benchmarking, responsibilities, and working conditionsClutch is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where all individuals have an opportunity to succeed.
