In this role, you'll be trained to operate specialized equipment that forms glass fibre products used around the world. What Youll Do Work safely and maintain good housekeeping across your area Learn and apply glassforming fundamentals Monitor and adjust processes to maintain high quality standards Use Quality Control systems and understand Statistical Process Control (SPC) Support equipment reliability through inspection, lubrication, and restoration Troubleshoot process or equipment issues Operate forklifts and walkies (training provided) What Your Bring High School Diploma or GED 13 years of manufacturing/industrial experience preferred Strong attention to detail and a safetyfirst mindset Ability to make decisions under pressure A teamoriented approach with strong communication skills Commitment to improving safety, quality, and productivity Compensation Starting rate: $28.49 per hour with 3-month, 6-month wage progression and annual increases. Night shift is a premium of $1.00/hour.
