Instructor Therapist (Hourly) Job Location: 643 Park Road North, Brantford Program: Brantford Autism Services Job Title: Instructor Therapist Number of Positions: 1 Job Type: Hourly (0 to 40 hours per week with rotating evenings and weekends) Anticipated Start Date: February 2, 2026 Salary: $26.35 per hour Reports to: Program Manager Application Deadline: Until Filled Position Summary Woodviews Brantford Autism Services is currently seeking a qualified, skilled and experienced individual to deliver Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) based services both in-centre and community as part of our Brantford Autism Services team. Job Responsibilities Instructor therapists work one-to-one and in small groups with children and youth with autism. Service hours are generally Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm with evening shifts from 5:00pm to 8:00pm and Saturday 8:30am to 12:30pm, as required. Working as part of a team, the instructor therapist is responsible for implementing programs under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor and/or Senior Therapist. The instructor therapist is responsible for keeping accurate data, graphing, and for preparing and creating materials for clients. The instructor therapist will provide quality and supportive programming, in addition to contributing to a positive and team-based working environment. The hourly instructor therapist position will be available to cover sessions for vacation and staff illness in addition to regularly scheduled sessions each week. The instructor therapist may support Woodviews mental health Day Treatment and Respite programs as needed. Required Qualifications: Access to a vehicle and a valid drivers license in addition to insurance on your vehicle to transport clients is a requirement. Knowledge of the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis obtained by completion of the Autism and Behavioural Sciences certificate or equivalent. Minimum 6 months practical/applied experience in the field of ABA. Professional experience working with children with autism. Additional Qualifications: Practical experience in collecting, graphing and analyzing data. Current certification in first aid, CPR, non-violent crisis prevention intervention (NVCI) is an asset. Experience providing parent coaching; running groups is an asset. French as second language is considered an asset. How to Apply?
