Responsibilities Provide nursing care as a Registered Nurse specialized in Wound, Ostomy & Continence (NSWOC). Use clinical judgment and skills to ensure clients receive high-quality care. Deliver nursing care with compassion, excellence and responsiveness in the clients care setting. See clients in the City of Sarnia and Lambton County, and surrounding areas; virtual visits may be expected where appropriate. Requirements Current Registration as a Registered Nurse (RN). Certification as NSWOC/Enterostomal Therapist. Debridement Certification. Advanced wound care expertise. Area of Work Successful candidates will be seeing clients in the City of Sarnia and Lambton County, and surrounding areas. Virtual visits might be expected to do if appropriate. Availability Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Occasional work outside of these hours may be required at the request of your supervisor. Why Work With Us? Apply today and make a meaningful impact! Education RN-level nurses who have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold current registration with the provincial licensing body. Certification as Nurse Specialized in Wound Ostomy & Continence (NSWOC) or IIWCC or WOCC. Two years of experience in the development of wound care management programs in hospital or community settings; visiting nursing experience is an asset. Current CPR certification. Other Requirements Clear criminal background check (with vulnerable sector screening), negative TB test. Valid drivers license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle.
