The Opportunity The Council is seeking an Executive Advisor to work closely with senior leadership and support the delivery of key strategic priorities. This high-impact role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments, brings sound judgment, and enjoys connecting strategy to action across the organization and with the Board. What youll do: Coordinate and facilitate Executive Committee meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-up activity Support enterprise-level strategic planning and governance initiatives Lead onboarding and ongoing engagement for Board Directors Partner with leaders and teams across the organization to align and advance key initiatives Track strategy execution, risks, and decisions while ensuring clear, timely communication What you bring: Bachelors degree or diploma in a related field (considered an asset) 3+ years of experience supporting senior or executive-level leaders Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Teams, Copilot, and Word Experience in executive support and strategic planning Project management experience; familiarity with Agile methodologies is an asset Understanding of stakeholder interests, funding and governance frameworks, and relevant legislation What sets you apart: You excel at strategic communication and influence, crafting clear messages for executive and Board audiences.
