OverviewPosition Title: Client Care AdvisorPosition Type: Full-Time or Part-TimeSchedule: 4 hours/day, 6 days/weekSaturday: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PMSunday-Thursday: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM (Subject To Change)Pay Structure: Commission Only$16.00 CAD for each qualified appointment that is both booked and attended.$500.00 CAD per lead resulting in a signed restoration agreement with Avalon Construction.Role OverviewAvalon Construction is seeking highly skilled, results-driven sales professionals to conduct door-to-door outreach in communities impacted by hail or storm damage. This role serves as the first point of contact with homeowners, requiring strong communication, objection-handling, and closing skills to educate homeowners on our process and schedule appointments with Senior Advisors.The position begins with a two-week qualifying period. Client Care Advisors who meet or exceed performance expectations may elect to advance into a Senior Client Care Advisor role.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with homeowners door-to-door in recently affected storm or hail-damage neighborhoods.Clearly explain our consultation and restoration services.Schedule qualified appointments for our Senior Client Care Advisors.Distribute flyers throughout neighborhoods.Accurately record homeowner information and appointment details using our door knocking app.Take photos of residents' homes.RequirementsCell phone with internet access.Excellent communication and people skills friendly, confident, and professional.Reliable, self-motivated, and driven to meet goals.Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face.Able to work outdoors and walk neighborhoods for extended periods.Availability for evenings and weekends based on weather and demand.Previous door-to-door or sales experience.
