Responsibilities In this role you will be working in a fast-paced warehouse with various oilfield customers. Receiving/shipping large critical oilfield units while also providing the skill set and attention to detail for our daily pick/pack operation. In this role you will provide support to our leadership team to uphold our standard of excellence in customer service. Major Responsibilities Operate forklifts to handle various weight capacities (up to 12,000lbs) Loading and unloading product from trucks or containers Pick and pack mining parts with accuracy Provide support with labour tasks as necessary Support inventory control (inbound/outbound/on ground) and accurately document Ability to prepare load plans for truck and/or container Preparing shipping and recieving paperwork Complying with all rules and regulations, protocols and established metrics Follow all workplace safety policies and compliance regulations, participate in identifying hazards Ability to understand cross training on all functions at facility Inspect and verify product condition to ensure cleanliness and compliance with loading procedures Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency Accurately weigh and document materials Provide production data on tags or labels Provide internal and external Customer Service excellence May be asked to travel to other transload terminals to assist if necessary Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager You Possess Previous Counterbalance Forklift certification required Relevant experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment is required Experience working with computers is an asset Warehouse leadership experience is an asset Experience working with inventory management systems is an asset Experience with routine maintenance operations Strong safety mindset Quality oriented Needs to be responsible, accountable and dependable Demonstrates strong communication skills both verbally and written Strong work ethic and positive team focused attitude Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule Good physical condition Can carry at least 50 lbs The embodiment of Arrow''s Core Values: Safety, Quality, Integrity, Responsibility, Teamwork, and Fun
