Let''s be #BrilliantTogether ISS is hiring Our Polish Corporate Governance Research team seeks to hire an analyst in Toronto, Canada for the spring annual shareholder meeting season, starting in February/March 2026 for a term ending in June 2026 (there could be some fluctuationin start and end dates). Each year, institutional investors such as mutual funds and pension funds vote on key governance issues at their portfolio companies. These include the election of directors, ratification of auditors, and votes on executive compensation plans, mergers, and financings. For over 40 years, Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) has been the leading provider of governance research to institutional investors, helping them assess governance risk in their portfolios and cast informed votes on these issues. What you''ll do Analyze corporate governance practices of publicly listed companies Collect and assess company disclosures and public data Contribute to research reports and proxy voting recommendations for institutional investors Work closely with experienced analysts on the Polish market What we''re looking for Fluent English and Polish language skills Bachelor''s or Master''s degree (or in progress) in Law, Economics, Business, Finance, Political Science, or related fields Strong analytical and numerical skills, with excellent written and verbal communication Ability to work independently and as part of a team A structured, organized, and detailoriented mindset Prior relevant experience in finance, research, corporate governance and Polish markets are a plus What you''ll gain Handson experience in corporate governance and responsible investment Indepth training and exposure to global capital markets Meaningful, clientimpacting work in a transparent and valuesdriven environment Apply with your CV in English.
