Our Values: Trust Responsibility Excellence Navigating Change Candor Humility Your Tasks and Requirements: Must have the ability to follow factory work orders, as well as understand and interpret product drawings and schematics. Must demonstrate the ability to converse and read fluently in English in order to follow verbal and written instructions. Must be able to write fluently in English to complete any written documentation related to the position and the workplace as well as to complete any required paperwork. Must be able to manage parts inventory and coordinate material requisitions. Must be able to use measuring equipment and understand its relation to the product drawings and specifications. Must be able to use hand tools and air tools (e.g. vacuum systems). Must be able to follow oil filling procedures. Must be able to operate crane and forklifts as required (experience and asset training provided inhouse). Must be able to perform assembly and material handling tasks, including lifting up to 50lbs. Must be safety and quality conscious in addition to being a team player. Able to work on a shift rotation as required.
