One of our employers is currently seeking a dynamic and engaging Experienced Concrete Finisher to join their team. The ideal candidate is someone with hands -on experience in road and infrastructure construction, delivering high -quality, durable finishes. Responsibilities Place, level, and finish concrete surfaces for roads, sidewalks, curbs, and infrastructure projects Smooth, shape, and texture concrete using hand and power tools Ensure proper alignment, slope, and thickness according to project specifications Apply finishing techniques to achieve durable, high -quality surfaces Monitor curing processes and apply curing compounds or sealants as required Repair and restore concrete surfaces, including patching and joint finishing Work closely with crew members, supervisors, and equipment operators Follow safety standards, traffic control procedures, and site regulations Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Requirements Advanced concrete finishing techniques (troweling, edging, broom finishing) Strong knowledge of road and infrastructure concrete work Ability to read and follow construction plans and specifications Experience using hand and power tools related to concrete finishing Understanding of concrete curing, jointing, and sealing methods Attention to detail and quality control Physical stamina and ability to work in demanding outdoor conditions Strong teamwork and communication skills Knowledge of workplace safety standards and procedures
