We are seeking a dedicated professional with a strong sales background. The ideal candidate is a results-driven individual with deep experience in the Plumbing and HVAC industry. You will be responsible for driving growth through proactive customer engagement while ensuring seamless scheduling and operational support in a dynamic, emergency-service environment. Key Responsibilities Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities during customer inquiries and follow-ups. Leverage knowledge of the local HVAC/Plumbing ecosystem to build and maintain relationships with contractors, property managers, and wholesalers. Prepare, present, and follow up on service estimates and project quotes to maximize conversion rates. Stay updated on industry trends and supplier pricing to ensure competitive and profitable service offerings. Maintain a high standard of communication to ensure long-term client retention. Significant background in Sales and Operations specifically within the Plumbing, HVAC. A track record of meeting targets and providing exceptional sales support to clients. Exceptionally detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of working independently. Working Conditions An active role involving high-frequency client follow-up and regular face-to-face meetings to drive project acquisition. Requires a flexible schedule to accommodate after-hours client support. Extensive daily interaction with field technicians, key industry suppliers, and the executive leadership team to ensure seamless service delivery.
