We are now looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical operations team not in a direct care role, but to bring clinical expertise into our day-to-day operations and improve internal coordination, communication, and support. About the Role You will act as an embedded RN within the operations team , serving as a key point of clinical reference for non-clinical staff. Your role is to help triage patient inquiries, clarify clinical language, support protocol interpretation, and improve internal workflows. If you''re a clinically trained nurse who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and acting as a clinical interpreter within a collaborative team this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Partner with the operations team to provide real-time clinical context on patient questions, documents, or concerns - Review and triage patient inquiries to determine when escalation to a provider is necessary vs. when operations can resolve with clinical oversight - Provide clinical clarification, documentation guidance, and decision support to operations, customer care, and administrative teams - Assist in developing internal FAQs, SOPs, and protocol summaries for operations use - Translate medical language and provider protocols into clear, patient-friendly processes for the team - Conduct periodic documentation audits and workflow reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency - Ensure that internal responses to patients remain clinically accurate and compliant with regulatory standards - Support internal team training and onboarding related to clinical processes, terminology, and best practices - Maintain awareness of care pathways, lab workflows, and treatment timelines to advise on patient-facing coordination issues Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) - 3+ years of experience in women''s health , functional medicine o r integrative health - Excellent clinical judgment and ability to assess the appropriate level of response to patient concerns - Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex clinical information for non-clinical teams - Experience working in a private practice - Familiarity with EMRs and digital documentation systems - Previous experience supporting operational or non-clinical teams is a strong asset - Passion for improving healthcare delivery and patient experience through collaboration What We Offer Competitive salary Hybrid work model (3 days onsite at our Mississauga HQ) Collaborative and mission-driven team with a strong focus on wellness and innovation Opportunity to shape how care is delivered from behind the scenes Ongoing learning and growth opportunities Commitment to Inclusion Science & Humans is committed to providing a respectful, inclusive workplace where everyone can succeed.
