Position Overview DigitalSecurity1 Inc. is engaging Independent Field Sales Representatives to support customer acquisition through structured door-to-door outreach within designated territories. Representatives will primarily offer residential internet and phone services on behalf of established telecommunications providers. These offerings address existing household needs and typically involve upgrading or replacing current service plans, making them straightforward to present and suitable for same-day customer decisions. This role is well suited for individuals who are self-directed, disciplined, and comfortable operating in a performance-based sales environment without close supervision. This engagement is structured strictly as an independent contractor relationship. Compensation is commission-only. There is no base salary, hourly wage, or employee benefits. Representatives retain control over their schedules, working hours, and daily activities, provided company sales standards, compliance requirements, and performance guidelines are met. Responsibilities The Independent Field Sales Representative is responsible for: Conducting door-to-door outreach within assigned geographic territories Presenting internet and phone service offerings clearly, accurately, and professionally Engaging potential customers, identifying needs, and comparing existing services Generating qualified leads and/or completing customer sign-ups in accordance with company standards Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity Following approved sales messaging, processes, and compliance requirements Representing DigitalSecurity1 Inc. professionally in all public interactions Complying with municipal bylaws, applicable laws, and internal company policies Compensation Commission-only compensation structure Compensation earned per completed sale or confirmed customer sign-up No guaranteed minimum earnings No earnings cap Commissions paid on a scheduled basis (weekly or bi-weekly) Commission rates and payout structure provided in detail during onboarding Additional performance-based incentives may be offered at the company''s discretion Compensation is directly tied to individual performance and results.
